S4X loading solutions
The S4X is equipped with a multi-press head and integrated shear. It gives its optimum performance when fed from a store-tower, which satisfies a wide range of storage needs, eliminates unnecessary transferal operations and facilitates the kit production of parts using a variety of thicknesses and materials, when necessary
S4X unloading solutions
Salvagnini stackers allow the entire S4X system to run unmanned, in a lights-out environment, until all the unloading areas are full. The MC Cartesian unloading robot, installed downstream of the punch-shear, picks the punched/sheared parts up as they leave the machine and stacks them on one or more tables, using two suction-cup gripping devices that run along a carriage and can rotate around a vertical axis.
